Your mobile number (to sign you in), the listings, enquiries, wishlist items and bookings you create, and technical data such as device type and app version. Photos you upload are stored with your listing.
To run the marketplace: show your listings, pass enquiries to sellers, process bookings and payments, prevent fraud, and improve the service. We do not sell personal data.
Sellers see the message and, if you allow it, the phone number in enquiries you send. Breeding centres see the details of bookings you make. Payment providers receive what they need to process a payment. Our infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel, Apple) process data on our behalf under contract.
Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure. We follow the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and will move to an in-Kingdom region as it becomes available.
You can view and correct your data in the app, delete listings and enquiries, and ask us to delete your account by emailing privacy@royalstallion.sa. We respond within 30 days.
Booking and payment records are kept as required by Saudi commercial and tax law (typically 10 years). Other data is deleted when you delete your account.
The website uses one cookie to remember your language. No advertising cookies.
